Jon & Karen Huntsman Family Scholarship for (Incoming Freshman ONLY - first time students)

For Academic Year 2022-2023. – The ISU Huntsman Scholarship recognizes outstanding new students and offsets the first-year costs for incoming freshmen. The amount of the award is $5,000.00 for the freshman year. The application process requires completion of the application, essays, plus the submission of the FAFSA. Students must be new incoming Freshman (recent HS grad or graduating HS Senior), any major, minimum 3.0 high school GPA; MUST demonstrate financial need; leadership, talent, and/or academic ability that merits scholarship award; must be admitted full-time at ISU for upcoming Fall semester; and be a resident of Idaho. Preference to students from Southeast Idaho . May be renewable for future years depending on funding, etc.
