Eleanor Loscalzo Arts & Letters Scholarship

For Academic Year 2024-25. The Eleanor Loscalzo Scholarship endowment has been created for undergraduate students with a declared major in the College of Arts and Letters. Students can be from any class level; have a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.50, and must demonstrate financial need. The intent of the scholarship is to assist deserving students annually by providing as many renewable resident fee scholarships as possible. Several endowments were established for ISU students by Mrs. Loscalzo, who served as secretary for several ISU administrators, including Dr. Earnest J. Baldwin, who served as Dean of the College of Liberal Arts (now College of Arts and Letters). A native of Scotland, she retired from ISU in 1964 and died in 1990 at the age of 96.
