Ralph E & Betty L Smith

Betty Smith of Buhl, Idaho, created this scholarship as a living memory of her late husband, Ralph. Ralph is a 1950 graduate of the College of Pharmacy, attending ISU after serving his country in the U.S. Army. He was actively involved in the professional and civic community during the 37 years he practiced in Buhl. In 1993, at the annual ISPA meeting, Ralph was awarded the prestigious Bowl of Hygeia Award, one of the highest awards given in the pharmacy profession.
