Richard M & Barbara G. Wells

Richard and Barbara Wells created this scholarships endowment to support third- and/or fourth-year professional students from Idaho. Barbara Wells, Pharm.D., was a Dean of the ISU College of Pharmacy from 1995 to 2001. She earned a B.S. degree in pharmacy and a doctorate of pharmacy from the University of Tennessee, where she served as a faculty member for 13 years. Barbara has received five teaching awards and the Distinguished Achievement Award in Clinical/Pharmacotherapeutic Practice from the American Pharmaceutical Association Academy of Pharmacy Practice and Management. Barbara and her husband, Richard, also a pharmacist, created the scholarship endowment with the belief that no commitment is more important than the commitment to the students.
