Roger & Nancy Wheeler
Prior to enrolling at ISU College of Pharmacy, Moon was born and raised in American Falls, ID where he graduated from high schoo. Upon graduation, in 1954, Moon took over the management of Rockland Pharmacy in American Falls, ID from his father. He answered the call for public service where he spent 39 years in elected office. This included city council member and mayor of American Falls, a member of the Idaho State House of Representatives, Commissioner for Power County and as a State Senator.
Through their generosity, in 2015 they created this endowment to assist the College of Pharmacy in providing its students with the necessary resources to e successful as they become the next generation of pharmacists. Moon received the College of Pharmacy’s Professional Achievement Award in 1999.
