Sylvan L Kuhn
To provide scholarships for students enrolled in the Pharmacy Program.
Sylvan Kuhn was a 1943 graduate of the ISU College of Pharmacy. Following graduation, Sylvan entered the U.S. Navy where he served as a pharmacist mate aboard the USS Sibony in the Pacific.
Discharged in 1946, he began his civilian career working at Cook Drug in Pocatello and then in Santa Cruz, California. In 1972, he returned to Pocatello and did relief work for Maag Drug in Pocatello. Sylvan passed away in 2000 in Pocatello at the age of 80. His estate provided for the establishment of this pharmacy scholarship endowment.
