Paul Todd Memorial Scholarship
For Spring 2024. The Paul Todd Memorial Scholarship is for students that are enrolled full-time in the College of Technology Law Enforcement program who have a minimum 2.80 GPA. Each applicant will be judged on academic performance, financial need and a written statement of why the student chose law enforcement, plans for their future education and career goals. Students should be mature and have leadership ability. Preference given to students who are residents of Idaho.
