Jerry L Rowland Memorial Scholarship

For Academic year 2019-2020. The Jerry L. Rowland Memorial Scholarship is one of many scholarships that are part of the Combined College of Technology Scholarship Application. It is awarded to students who are entering at least the second semester of the Law Enforcement Program. Recipients must have and have a minimum 2.50 GPA.
