Acumen Velocity College Scholarship

Every year, Acumen Velocity offers $1,000 scholarship to students who demonstrate a strong willingness to advance their educational & professional goals. Students will be selected based purely on merit, the students have to demonstrate a strong track record of academics, leadership, community development, and personal character. Students who are able to demonstrate a track record of excellence in the above categories will have an opportunity to be eligible to win the award.
Requirements:
o Must be attending a professional college or school in 2019
Demonstrate one year of academic excellence via transcripts.
o A 500-word essay on why he/she needs this scholarship and what he/she plans on pursuing for career. In addition, include notable achievements. Must be no more than 500 words.
o High school or college transcripts for the prior year only.
o At least 2 letters of recommendation endorsing personal character. These letters should come from a coach, teacher/professor or manager.
