Cunningham & Mears Academic Scholarship

The Cunningham & Mears Academic Scholarship is an annual award of $2500, presented by the firm, to a student who wishes to pursue the study of History or Law. The successful candidate must be enrolled in, or have proof of upcoming enrollment in, an accredited college, university, or law school for the upcoming academic school year. The scholarship can be paid directly to the institution upon the request of the student.

Eligibility requirements

Applicants must submit the following information in order to be considered eligible for the scholarship:

Proof of enrollment in the institution
A statement of financial need
1 letter of recommendation from someone familiar with your academic work
An essay of no more than 1000 words about why you chose to study History or Law
