Bannock Civitan Club Scholarship

The Bannock Civitans award four $500 ISU scholarships annually to students enrolled at ISU with a verifiable disability. The mission of Civitan worldwide is to build good citizenship by providing a volunteer organization of clubs dedicated to serving individual and community needs with an emphasis on helping people with developmental disabilities.
Required:
• Complete one page application, submit written essay on achievements, involvement in the community and why you deserve the scholarship
• Submit any written recommendations
• Provide proof of disability
• The Bannock Civitan Scholarship committee will judge each applicant’s credentials with the help of the above attachments.
• Include ISU transcripts.
