Public Health Trailblazer Scholarship

We are now accepting applications for the 2020 Public Health Trailblazer Scholarship essay contest!
Any recently accepted or currently enrolled student in a qualifying MPH program is eligible to apply. To qualify, the program or school of public health through which the MPH is offered must be accredited by the Council on Education for Public Health (CEPH).
Who is eligible to apply?
All current grad students must provide proof of having a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.5 in their graduate studies.

SCHOLARSHIP APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS
You will need to submit just four things to meet the scholarship application requirements:
Complete application form with verifiably true and accurate information
100% original essay that addresses the topic described below (2,500 words or less)
Proof of enrollment or acceptance to a qualifying MPH program (letter of acceptance or another verifiable document with university letterhead)
Proof of meeting minimum GPA requirements (transcript summary or another verifiable document with university letterhead)
ESSAY TOPIC
The field of public health is highly specialized, and the MPH opens up a vast number of professional doors in areas related to occupational health, global health, epidemiology, food safety, public health policy, clinical research, and much, much more.
Essay information:
In 2,500 words or less, tell us what you feel is the most pressing issue in public health today, and how you hope to effect positive change in addressing this issue in the course of your career.
