Northwest Center for Public Health Practice

The Northwest Center for Public Health Practice has funding available to support health services students completing projects and field placements during the 2020-21 school year.
Stipends are available for:

Graduate and doctoral students enrolled in public health, psychology, sociology, and social work degree programs.
Undergraduate juniors or seniors enrolled in public health, psychology, sociology, and social work degree programs.
The Northwest Public Health Training Center supports students working on a variety of projects in Washington, Alaska, Idaho, and Oregon. Applications for funding during the 2020–21 school year are now open.

The Northwest Public Health Training Center has funding to support students completing practice-based projects in public health organizations around the region. Twenty proposals will be funded up to $3,500 each during the 2020–21 school year. Stipends are distributed directly to students and are intended to help them defray living expenses during their hands-on training experience.
