For the 2024-25 Academic Year – The Peter C Kole/Richard L Bowen Scholarship is one of many scholarships that are part of the Combined College of Education Scholarship Application. The students must be Juniors or Seniors. Preference is always given to applicants who are children of single parents or single parents themselves.. Students must demonstrate a high to moderate level of financial need. Must be a U.S. Citizen.
