Jack Howley is President of Howley Financial Group, located in Rumson, New Jersey. Jack has provided sage guidance to his clients for over four decades.

Jack Howley understands the challenges that undergraduate students in the United States. The fact that there are no systems in place to make this important step simple is a problem with long term ramifications. For this reason, Jack Howley has taken the initiative, and established a scholarship program in his name, aimed at helping one student move forth, complete their undergraduate studies, and build a successful career.

Requirements:
Students who apply for the Jack Howley scholarship must meet the following criteria:

Enrolled at an accredited US college or university.
Undergraduate – Freshman, Sophomore, or Junior.
Submit the essay based on the topic noted above.
Recent transcripts required
