Dr. Michael R. and Millie Flandro - COE

For Academic Year 2023-2024. The Dr. Michael & Millie Flandro scholarship is awarded to any student with a major within the College of Education. Must be full-time and have a minimum GPA of 3.0. Students must have significant financial need. Starting in AY 18/19 – award will alternate from COSE (even year) to COE (odd years).
