The net income from the fund shall be used to provide an annual scholarship award to an intercollegiate football student athlete enrolled full-time at Idaho State University at Pocatello, Idaho. This scholarship shall be awarded, through the Idaho State University Department of Athletics, for the position of punter/kicker on the Idaho State University Intercollegiate Football Team.
