A V & Frances Larter Scholarship

For Academic Year 2024-25. – The A.V. & Frances Larter Scholarship is for Incoming Freshmen. The endowment is designed to provide assistance to students attending or about to attend ISU. Students may be in any major. Must have a minimum 2.0 cumulative GPA.
