City Creek Winds
(CUUI use) For Academic Year 2024-25. City Creek Winds Scholarship Is awarded to an Idaho State University undergraduate or graduate student enrolled fulltime (12 or more credits if an undergraduate, 9 or more credits as a graduate student) in any degree granting program.
1. Student must be actively studying woodwinds at ISU.
2. Minimum GPA of 3.0
a. If, in the opinion of the selection committee, there is a candidate of promise that doesn’t meet the GPA metric, the committee may grant a one time waiver of this criterion.
4. Award preference shall be given FIRST to a qualified double reed performer in the following order: 1)Oboe; 2) Bassoon.
If a qualified candidate is not identified, then the award can be given to a deserving woodwind player who meets the eligibility requirements.
5. Demonstrated financial need may be a consideration.
6. Social activities, community service, and work related experiences may also be considered.
