Eastern Star Endowed Scholarship
For the Fall 2024 semester. – The Eastern Star Endowed Scholarship is awarded to students in any major with class level preference going to Freshmen, and then other undergraduate students. Purpose of the Scholarship: To assist first those students who are members of Masonic Youth Organizations, and then other qualified students. Preference in following order. 1. To applicants who are members of Masonic Youth Organizations; 2. Residents of Idaho who are US Citizens or permanent residents; 3. Entering Freshman who are undergraduates. Financial Need is required. Students who are receiving athletic grants-in-aid are not eligible. Minimum 2.50 cumulative GPA required.
$500 max per year.

- Are you a current student athlete who is receiving any sort of athletic grant-in-aid (athletic scholarship)? A student receiving "any" athletic grant-in-aid is not eligible for this scholarship.
- STATEMENT: Provide an essay addressing your educational aims, chosen career, plans for accomplishment, leadership capabilities, need for this scholarship, and any other information or compelling life circumstances you consider to be pertinent. Please be aware that strong emphasis is placed on this section of the application by the selection committee. Be as complete as possible. 200-500 words is sufficient.
