Oelwein-Neal Scholarship

For Fall 2024 Semester. – The Oelwein-Neal Scholarship is part of Incoming Freshman Scholarship awarding. Recipients must be an Incoming Freshman who demonstrates financial need and academic merit. Must have a minimum 3.0 high school GPA.
