Kennedy Law Legal Ethics Scholarship

At James Kennedy Law, we believe in upholding ethics in the legal field. The practice of barratry is all too common among attorneys in Texas and throughout the United States, and we work to stand up against unethical practices while fighting to protect people’s rights. Through our scholarship program, we are working to ensure that the next generation of attorneys will uphold these standards.
To help address the ongoing issue of barratry, our firm provides an annual scholarship of $1,000 to a law student who is committed to upholding ethics. This scholarship recognizes students who demonstrate an understanding of the issue of barratry and a dedication to ethical legal practices.
