For 2025-26 Academic Year. – The Vern A. & Iras Gibbs Badger Scholarship is one of many scholarships that are part of the Combined Engineering Scholarship Application. The student must be enrolled in the College of Science and Engineering Electrical Engineering Program. One award to be made until fund reaches full tuition.
