Joe and Lois Bates Memorial

For Academic Year 2025-26. The Joe and Lois Bates Memorial Scholarship is used to provide scholarships to students enrolled in the College of Arts and Letters at Idaho State University. Candidates must be enrolled full-time with a major in History. Preference will be given to students who demonstrate some but not necessarily significant financial need. Preference will also be given to candidates who are first generation college students.
