Sunbelt Broadcasting Scholarship

For Academic year 2025-26. The Sunbelt Broadcasting Scholarship is awarded to a student majoring in Advertising, Graphic Design, Journalism, Photography, Public Relations, or Video Production. Student must be full-time during the award year and a Junior or Senior Class Level. Minimum GPA of 2.0 or greater. Student must have received a C- or better in CMP1110 and one of the following (CMP2231; CMP2251; CMP2201; or CMP2202). Essay required.

Please develop original ideas reflecting your own coursework and experiences, resisting the urge to pull from generative AI/LLM software. Draw from a minimum of three credible news sources or other scholarly works in drafting the essay, which should be a minimum of 3 pages double spaced.
