For 2025-26 Academic Year. The Kelly Rae and Pamela Haberman Scholarship in Education is part of the Combined College of Education Conditional Application. Qualified applicants must be enrolled in the College of Education and majoring in degrees in Elementary, Secondary or Special Education. Applicants must also demonstrate high financial Need. Preference is given to candidates that were raised in a single parent home.
