Portneuf Medical Center Health Care Endowment Fund

For Academic Year 2025-26. The Portneuf Medical Center Health Care Endowment Fund is for students declared in a major within the Division of Health Sciences. One award MUST be given to a Nursing student. (in honor of Phyllis Kalivas). Additional award can be given to any DHS major. A minimum 2.00 cumulative GPA is required. Preference is given to students who plan on working at an Intermountain Health Care, Inc. facility for at least one year after graduation.
