Albion Center Scholarship for Educator Excellence

(For CUUI use) For Academic Year 2025-2026. The Albion Center Scholarship for Educator Excellence will be awarded to 30 students, providing support to recipients pursuing 100% online master’s degrees in a variety of specialized fields. Those fields include Master of Education (MEd) in Elementary Education, Instructional Design and Technology, Secondary Education, P-12 Education Administration, School Psychological Examiner, or Special Education, and also the Master of Science (MS) in Deaf Education and Master of Arts (MA) in Athletic Administration.
The scholarship offers a valuable financial opportunity for educators seeking to expand their expertise and advance their careers.
Recipients can receive up to $4,000 per semester, full-time and up to $2,000 per semester, part-time with a lifetime maximum of $16,000 (to be used towards tuition). The scholarship is renewable for up to four years or until the student completes the program, as long as they continue to meet eligibility requirements. A total of $240,000 will be provided by the Albion Center for the academic year 2025/26. Applicants must be an Albion Center student who has registered for and completed at least one course between Sept. 1, 2023 – June 1, 2025, and must be able to upload an Albion transcript as part of their scholarship application.
Consideration will only be given based on an applicant’s current state of residence and/or workplace location in the following states: Alaska, Colorado, Hawaii, Idaho, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, and Ohio. A total of 30 scholarships will be awarded. Additionally, applicants must hold a bachelor’s degree in an education-related field with a minimum 3.0 GPA, and be able to meet all Idaho State University Graduate School admissions and scholarship requirements. A separate process to apply to the ISU Graduate School, including submitting official transcripts, will be required.
