Gloria J. and Richard M. Howell Language Scholarship

For Academic Year 2025-2026. The Gloria J. and Richard M. Howell Language Scholarship is for students enrolled full-time in a program in foreign languages in the ISU College of Arts and Letters. Students must demonstrate financial need and have a minimum GPA of 3.0 or higher. Preference will be given to candidates who are from Southeast Idaho.
