Second Chances Scholarship

There is no denying that higher education is a challenging endeavor. All too often, smart, devoted students are denied the chance to attend college or university due to circumstances outside of their control. At Noorishad Law, P.C., we want to give disadvantaged students the opportunity to prove themselves and further their studies. If you have had an encounter with the justice system or overcome similar adversity while pursuing a college education, the Second Chances Scholarship is for you.
Eligible Students
To be considered for the Second Chances Scholarship, you must meet the following requirements:

You must have overcome a personal struggle or challenge, including interactions with the justice system or similar adversity.
You must be enrolled or planning to enroll in an undergraduate or graduate program within the United States for the Fall 2026 semester.
You must be at least 17 years old.
You must be a citizen of the United States.
How to Apply
To apply for this scholarship, students must submit a written essay or video submission answering the question on the right:

Essays should be approximately 500 words. Videos should be 2 to 3 minutes in length.

Additionally, all applicants must attach proof of enrollment at an accredited college or university. A digital copy of your class schedule, acceptance letter, or unofficial transcript can satisfy this requirement.
