PEO Chapter BJ Education Loan Fund

Academic Year 2015-2016: P.E.O Chapter BJ, Educational LOAN Fund for Women:
Must be Junior, Senior, or Graduate class level; Any major; Must be Full-Time (12 for undergraduates, 9 for graduates). Must have financial need. Essay required. Must be a US Citizen. 2.0 minimum GPA required for Undergraduates & 3.0 for Graduates. Must have a minimum credit score of 625 and have 2 qualified co-signers. 3 letters of recommendation required (one from a faculty member). Letter must address the applicant’s ability to succeed in college (preferably written by a former teacher, educator, employer, or supervisor). Preference to a female within 2.5 years of graduating. Further preference to women who have interrupted their education and find it necessary to resume their studies due to changing demands in their lives. PEO chapter BJ selects finalist. National PEO makes final selection. Note: this is a loan, not a scholarship. Up to $12,000 for undergraduate students and up to $20,000 for graduate students per year in education loan fund (with 2% interest rate). Visit site for the application.
