Jay Eggleston Scholarship

For Academic Year 2017-18 – The Jay Eggleston Scholarship is awarded to students majoring in Computer Information or Computer Technology related fields; Foreign Language or Astronomy (or demonstrated interest in these areas). Students can be of any class level, and must be a full-time student with a minimum 3.00 cumulative GPA. Financial need is not required. Preference is given to LDS students.

  3. STATEMENT: Provide an essay addressing your areas of eligibility as listed in the description (Computers, Foreign Language, Astronomy, or related fields of interest in these areas); your educational aims, chosen career, plans for accomplishment, and any other information you consider to be pertinent. Be aware that strong emphasis is placed on this section of the application by the selection committee. Be as complete as possible. 100-500 words is sufficient.
