Portneuf Medical Center Auxiliary Scholarship

For Academic Year 2017-18 – The Portneuf Medical Center Auxiliary Scholarship awards five $2,500 scholarships. One scholarship will be awarded to College of Technology students, two awarded to undergraduates and two to graduate students.The Scholarships sponsored by the PMC Auxiliary was created to aid students majoring in health-related fields at Idaho State University. Must have been accepted into a health-related program (either Academic or College of Technology) at ISU by date of application. This includes the following areas of Divisions of Health Sciences and College of Technology Programs: Clinical Psychology, Counseling, Dental Hygiene, Dietetics, Emergency Management, Emergency Medical Technician, Health Care Administration, Health Care Information Systems, Health Information Technology, Health Education, Health Physics, Human Resources Training and Development, Information Technology Systems, Family Practice Residency, Medical Assisting, Medical Laboratory Science, Nursing, Pharmacy, Physical Therapy, Physical Therapy Assistant, Physician Assistant, Public Health,Practical Nursing, Radiographic Science, Respiratory Therapy, Registered Nurse, Speech Pathology & Audiology, Doctor of Nurse Practitioner (DNP). The students must have a GPA of 3.0 or higher and must attend ISU during the scholarship award period. Must be enrolled full-time during the scholarship award period (12 credits-undergraduate; 9 credits graduate).

You should notify these individuals to expect an email regarding this request. You are responsible for ensuring references are submitted by the application deadline.
