Geriatric Nursing Scholarship

The $1,000 “Geriatric Nursing Scholarship for 2017” is open to all U.S. high school seniors who are interested in starting a nursing school in the fall of 2017, or the students who are already in their freshman, sophomore or junior years in college (college seniors are not eligible for this scholarship).
• Applicants must be U.S. citizens or have a permanent resident status
• Must be enrolled in an accredited U.S. nursing program
• All students, interested in this scholarship, can find an application here. You are required to submit a 500 word essay on topic “Why I want to be a Geriatric Nurse” with your scholarship application and a proof of enrollment in an accredited nursing program.
• Submission deadline for all applications in June 30, 2017.
